I clicked on an add from facebook for a stanley tumbler cup for $19.00. Made the purchase money was taken out of my bank account. I have appx nine emails gong back and forth with them about my order. They kept telling me it was on the way, then it was lost. I have the order confirmation information and copy of shipping status. Now when I click to check the status it says store closed.
