Ordered a cup online with this company on 4/20/23. Order # *******. I waited approx 2-3 weeks and continued to track the package with the tracking info provided to me. Tracking # RG*********CN. I contacted the company multiple times via email at [email protected]. The continued to tell me to wait and provided the same tracking #. I realized on 5/12/23 the package was delivered to an address in Pennsylvania, not anywhere close to my shipping address. I reached out to the company again, asking for a refund. I was told if the package was delivered contact the post office. I informed the company, they entered the wrong address, not an issue with the post office. I have requested a refund. No response.

Saw an AD on Facebook claiming they are Ducks sporting goods selling mugs. I purchased 2 mugs. I was sent a tracking number after 3 weeks, I emailed about my order. I was told to wait and have a happy life. I checked tracking and it shows delivered in a completely wrong state. I asked for a refund and was told to wait they had to check warehouse. 7 days later I emailed back and asked again for a refund and again told to wait. Now the website name changed and it has a Target store logo, not Dicks sporting goods. I emailed the email and there are many reports of this company scamming people. I want a refund.
