Hello

I saw an ad on instagram and it looked legit. Clicked the link that was on the ad that was promoted by a couple of influencers.

The item number that was given to me- JX2311110001084814, says the item was shipped and received but I never received the item.

I attempted to reach out to the vendor and never received anything back from them.

I should have known the deal was to good to be true.

Online website looking to sell Stanley Cup tumblers. It was purchased through PayPal. I received shipping info and the product stated it was delivered to an individual in California, which is incorrect as I am in Colorado. I was in contact with the company at the email address provided who stated that they were finding the location of my product and would provide an update and then never did and hasn't responded.

I noticed an offer on Instagram for 14.99 Stanley cups. I did not use the ad directly as I am smart enough to know they are not always legitimate. I went to the website directly to be sure everything looked the same. I then placed an order for 2 cups as that was the max for free shipping. My total was $29.99. I then placed another order for 2 more cups with a total of $29.99. I received an order confirmation immediately. This occurred on May 13, 2023. The next day I received shipment details with a tracking number. At the time I thought the tracking information was strange as it was Chinese in nature and a company I did not know, but honestly I was so busy that I told myself I would look in to it later. My daughter asked me yesterday when the Stanley cups would be arriving so I looked up the tracking information and it says they were delivered to an individual in Fort Lauderdale, FL (not Jacksonville). I then suspected I had been scammed for sure. I checked the original order confirmation email and noticed the contact information at the bottom for customer service was a personal email address [email protected]. I also checked the details for the sender of the email and it was the same personal email address although it only showed Stanley1913. I have contacted Stanley1913 with my order numbers to see if they have any information and I am waiting on a response. I am disappointed in myself for allowing this to happen, but at the same time I'm not sure I was at any fault. The information was there clearly but somehow I was deceived. I'm sure they made a lot of money on this scam and I hope me writing this will help others avoid it. Thank you for your help! I do have the emails but did not want to attach as it says do not show any personally identifiable information.

Responded to an advertisement for the Stanley Quencher H2O and placed two orders for these insulated tumblers. Received order confirmation and then tracking information. Later I received a delivery confirmation and when I researched the delivery, it shows that the delivery was made to a Ft. Lauderdale address. When I emailed the customer service contact, I received no follow-up.

This company is using an established company’s name on their store, and copying their online store and cunningly sells the same things the original company is selling. But they would take your payment and never mail or deliver what you purchased online.
