Selling Stanley Cups at a discounted price. Got full name, address, phone number, credit card information. I did not receive an email regarding my order.

- Vancouver, WA, USA • Jan 20, 2024

I was on Facebook and an ad popped up for discounted Stanley Cups. Specifically Harry Potter-themed. I did not investigate the site before purchasing the product. I received an email confirmation of my purchase. Then immediately after I received an email that due to debit card theft they needed me to send a picture of my debit card to complete the purchase and ship the items. The email stated that "this is totally secure." My bank account has already been charged and there is no way to contact support other than replying to the email. I received no response when I requested a refund.

Clicked on an ad for Stanley cups at a discount. Bought some for gifts

- Brewster, NY, USA

I made an order on a Stanley through their site and they sent me an email confirming my order. This was on Dec 1. I still have not received my item even after paying for shipping. When I check it says paid in full but order unfulfilled. When you call, it rings and rings with no answer. When you email, no response. I tried reaching out through their social media accounts and nothing. They took my money and did not send me the item I ordered.

12 Stanley Cups. I gave them my debit card # with my address.

Ordered online entered card information card was charged and confirmation email sent but never received the product and the website became deactivated when product was said to be delivered

After not receiving the product at all. I repeatedly sent emails asking to cancel my order. The counterfeit company provided a false tracking number stating it was delivered to a different address and state that was not on my order of quantity 3 - 30 ounce Stanley Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumblers Rose Quartz, Dune, Cream. I have disputed with my creditcard company

Clicked link on Facebook to purchase Stanley drink thermos and proceeded to what appeared to look like a legit checkout system. After the timeframe passed when I should have received my order I contacted them to see where it was because the tracking # said it was delivered to Florida instead of Idaho. I have gone back and forth trying to get it and now to get my money back with no luck.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a Stanley1913 Mother’s Day sale. I placed an order for 3 items totaling $36. They sent a tracking number. I responded to the email 3 weeks after no package was delivered. The contact email responded back to me to be patient that it will update. It’s been over 6 weeks now so I emailed them back with no response multiple times. I googled the email and saw all the scam results. The Stanley1913 is the company name they use but it takes you to a website called decksgoods.com

- Nampa, ID, USA

It all looked legit through Stanley, tumblers for Mothers Day gift. Website appeared spot on, colors, choices, etc. Ordering simple, made payment. When I didn't received merchandise as promised I contacted the email ([email protected] (via shoplineemail.com), I actually got a response saying it was delivered. I said it had not been delivered. They said it was probably a wrong address? I looked at tracking web page, it appeared to have many destinations it came from, Shenzhen International, Guangzhou, Airlines Kaiyun, New York, United States and claimed it was delivered to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I live in Idaho! I emailed again, they said be patient for 3-5 days. I waited 11 days and emailed again, informed them to refund my money and I would be reporting them to the BBB.

- Nashville, TN, USA

I found this website through a social media platform, so I thought it would be reputable since it was being advertised. I placed an order and put my address in which is located in Nashville Tennessee. I recently looked up the tracking and they delivered it to Fort Lauderdale Florida. After noticing the mix up, I was frustrated so I asked for a refund after explaining that they delivered it to a completely different state. They let me know that they can not give me a refund because it was already delivered and I received it already even though they didn’t understand I don’t live in Florida.

I ordered a G-Shock watch from Dick's Sporting Goods and the email address is email address of the scammers I already sent my money what should I do

- Spokane, WA, USA

Ordered from an ad on Facebook, got an order number #34530 and a tracking #RG015685085CN which finally showed that the package was delivered to Florida and not Spokane where I live and my credit card was processed and charged for the $29.99. I have emailed several times with the email address of [email protected] and was told in the last email to contact my post office if the package was not delivered to me. I believe this company has scammed thousands of people and should be reported.

- Cabot, AR, USA

i have attached the email chain from March 27th through yesterday 5/29/2023. Stanley Cup imposter.

- Sublimity, OR, USA

Add on Facebook offering a sale. Purchased through online link and sent a purchase confirmation email with an order number along with a way to track the order. Order was “delivered” to Florida while I live on the other side of the US.

- Medford, OR, USA

On Mother’s day I saw an add on Facebook for Stanley tumblers/mugs (for water) for a Mother’s Day sale. I have bought from Stanley before and the website looked exactly the same so I was convinced it was legitimate. I purchased a water bottle/tumbler and never received it. I then checked today and realized it was not the same website and a scam pretending to be the real Stanley website. I feel like an [censored].

- Portland, OR, USA

This website posed as Stanley 1913. I thought I was ordering 2 straw tumbler cups from them. I continued to check tracking and it said the item was delivered to an address in Florida (I live in Oregon). When I checked the confirmation email again, I saw that the email was sent from a random personal email address, not a company email. I then looked closer at the online website and realized it was a scam meant to look like the actual website. I gave them my debit card information.
