Order a limited edition golden snitch harry potter Stanley Tumbler on December 3rd. First emailed december 13th asking for updated shipping info because before I paid for it, it said they said it would be here by the 17th. And have been getting the back and forth from them ever since. Each time they ask me to have patience, an to rest assured that they are looking into the matter. Today is the 10th of January, still no package, even though it says delivered. I have 3 cameras on my home, no one delivered anything on the dates it says that it was delivered. I only have the tracking # they sent originally, which was a China one, no updated US tracking when they supposedly transfered it to the USPS. And they now keep telling me to check with the post office, which I have, they can't help me because they don't have a USPS tracking number...

Thru facebook there was a stanley cup website. I made a purchase for some stanley cups. I tried to pull up the order and store and there isnt anything there.

This website appeared to be legit, even though the prices seemed too good to be true. I saw an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram for low-priced Stanley tumblers, so I ordered several for Christmas presents. After ordering, the confirmation email looked fishy and upon further inspection, the website didn't have any company-specific information on the Contact Us or About Us pages. Sections that should state the name of the company and contact information were just left blank. I also did not receive a response when I tried to email the customer service email address that was included in the confirmation email. The tracking link provided led to a page with vague updates such as "The package has been handed over to the carrier, and the logistics information will be updated soon. Please pay attention to check."

$39.80 taken. , last page wouldn’t take amount…

Thru Facebook, said thru dicks sporting goods, went to website, paid via PayPal

Literally emailed them several times, claim it was delivered to Alaska, in which state I have never resided in.

Now , they are ignoring any email they do send you to someone to text , and they claim they can not help you unless you pay another fee( refundable)
