Everything seemed legit and I purchased the products. I received a tracking but wasn’t able to load the info. Being the holidays I just thought tracking’s wasn’t updating fast enough. I checked today and say the website was no longer active. I knew the. It was a scam. Unfortunately I only have the email sent but unable to get any info on the company

I saw an ad on Social media and that should’ve been my first red flag. They advertised cheap Stanley cups. They sent me a confirmation email and I even saw tracking information. Unfortunately every time I tried to contact them they it saws my cup is still in china three weeks after ordering it. I ordered through pengocity on July 24th, 2024. I messaged them 2x in the last two weeks and didn’t hear back from them. I went on today to try again and to let them know I would report them if they wouldn’t communicate back. Unfortunately the website is closed and if you put the website in Google you get an error page.I added a picture of where it shows in my bank account that they took my money. Should I call my bank? I also added pictures of my confirmation email and the email they used.
