Stanley Ultoski is a crook. He only accepts cash and when you ask for him to fix the poor job he did, he doesn’t respond and blocks you on media pages. He’s a scammer BEWARE

Stanley Ulatoski was recommended to sand a floor via a facebook page. He was prompt to reply and quick to come out and perform sanding. He demanded cash payment from a senior when finished. Upon inspection, the floor is damaged and needs to be fixed. When we called Stan back he said he will be back the next day to repair. Only he didn't and now blocked his social media page and does not answer his phone or texts for repair. Basically he took the money and ran.
