They only gave an email once it was purchased that you could contact. They sent a tracking number that did not work. When asked for a new one, they supplied one but it says they attempted to deliver it in California then Texas when I live in Ohio. When I threatened to file a claim and report them, they emailed back saying its in transit and the tracking number is correct, which says its supposed to be delivered in Texas on 5/25/2023. I have never received the item and they have not responded to emails regarding the tracking details.
