Order never came

I ordered 2 cups for 30.00, I thought it was awesome as I was getting them to gift. I received a notice saying that the package was delivered to it destination. It was delivered to California, I live in Utah. I emailed them and they said they were sending me cups, that was a month ago, and they have ignored every email since.

Memorial Day sale with Dick’s Sporting Goods for $19, normally $45 and up. Website seemed legit. Placed order. Got confirmation. When I checked tracking, it’s all in Chinese. 11 days later tracking says it was delivered in El Segundo, CA. I live in Long Beach. Never received product or received response seller

There was an ad on Facebook that looked like a sale on Stanley cups at Dick’s Sporting goods. The site looked very legit, but I later noticed in the confine mail that it said it was a Stanley1913 order, but their site was Stanley1915
