I received an email 2/28/24 at 9AM. It said "Your Order is on its way! I have been ordering items due to home purchase. I opened it and it said it was a renewal of Norton Life Lock antivirus for 2 yr contract for $451.35. It gave a phone number to call to cancel +1(801)901-3108 which came up on my phone as Lehi, UT. I called and the guy wanted me to talk, didn't ask me questions and then wanted me to open a website to cancel the Norton which he said was added to my computer. I said no and told him I was going to report this to the BBB. He started to laugh and said if you want to cancel you will have to open the website or you will be charged. I hung up. Also the guy on the phone kept talking to another guy in the background
