Type of a scam Online Purchase
Cup on sale. I opened the website in my browser and it looked legitimate. Ordered 2 cups. Right after the purchase my bank texted with fraud alert. I searched information about the scam on the internet and found it was reported a month prior. I immediately contacted the company via email, which was the only info they offered, to cancel my order. They emailed back saying it was being processed. I emailed again and said I know it is a scam and to cancel my order. They again respond with a blurb that it is already processed. They do email and say it is shipped. They give you tracking, but it doesn’t work. It has been over a month “ since shipped”. I check today 6/13/23 it said it was delivered 14 days ago, which it has not. I emailed the Company today to say I know this is a scam. Said product was delivered, but never was. I decided to contact the ScamPulse.com so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.This is the only information about the company I have:
