This company posted an ad under the name of dicks sporting goods, once I realized it was a fraud I immediately canceled my order because the website says cancel within 24 hours and get a full refund. The company has yet to refund me and stated my package would arrive May 8th and it never arrived

The advertisement was on Facebook and showed up as Dicks Sporting Good Store- it was for Stanley cups on sale for Mother’s Day. After purchasing I tried to go back to the real Dicks Sporting Goods store to purchase more and realized it was a fake website. I have been in contact with the email provided- asked to cancel my purchase before it was ever “processed”, they refused, sent me a tracking number and it was delivered in Alaska when address was in the Midwest and nowhere near Alaska. They continue to ignore my request for a full refund.

I found an add on Facebook while looking at friends' stories, it was for Dicks Sporting Goods and it showed a tumbler on sale for Mothers Day, I clicked on the link and it brought me to this very well set up website. I put a few tumblers in my cart and it gave me the sale price and estimated delivery date. Once I made the purchase, I got an email with confirmation and tracking. I followed the tracking through the international tracking website, then when it got to the US, I followed tracking through USPS. It finally said my package was delivered to The North Pole, thats when I sent an email requesting a refund and they did email me back saying they will look into it. But I had to email again and nothing has come of it, so I figure it's a scam. Im also getting a lot of telemarketer phone calls now.

Fraudulent Stanley cups. I placed my order 5/14. Got a tracking number on 5/16. Said it was in China. As of 5/27, the tracking says it was delivered to somebody in Florida (I live in Nebraska. I emailed the company on 5/25 asking where my shipment was and why it was saying “counterfeit postage” on the tracking. I received an email back on 5/28 saying my package has been shipped and is on its way to the destination. I emailed back with a screenshot saying it was delivered in Florida. Emailed again asking for a full refund, a number to call to speak to a representative, as well as I still expect my full delivery to be made to my house. Have not heard back yet

Saw an advertisement on facebook for a stanley cup sale. Ordered and it said it was delivered but to somewhere in California. I live in Phoenix, Az. The contact email no one responds too.

The scammer offered discounts on Stanley tumblers via a fake Stanley page on Facebook. The package should have been sent to Minnesota but was routed to Alaska instead. It was picked up by someone in North Pole Alaska.

Website built to look like valid Stanley website, order placed and order confirmation and tracking number sent. Order status shows as shipped from China and delivered, pending my pick up from the North Pole, 325 S Santa Clause Lanne, North Pole, Ak 997059998

From Facebook, scammer had a website that very much looked like a legit Stanley website. Ordered a water bottle, that typically would cost $70 but stated as an ‘Anniversary’ sale for $20USD. Order was placed, email received with order and tracking information. Tracking info has not been updated in 12 days. Company will not respond.

I bought my wife and I mugs from Stanley company each was 19.90 I also go my dog a 5.90 bowl via A Dicks Sporting Goods ad. They never came, I realized after I went to check it was not real and the site connected was https://www.stanleyna.com/
