They offered Stanley cups at just around $10-15.00 off the regular price. I didn’t notice until today that they are called Stanley Outlet on the app that I used to make the purchase (Shopify), but their tiny little logo actually says Stanley OutletS*! Ughh I am super upset because I live on a very limited income and these were gifts for my nieces and nephews. Total loss of almost $150. I have emailed every email address associated with them, I have called and left voicemails, and have text them as well (their supposed preferred method). I obviously can’t get a refund but I have been trying to get them taken off of the Shop App and have reported it many many places. This scammer even went so far as to go to the USPS website and create a shipping label so it says on the app and usps website “label created-waiting for item to update shipping status”. I am beyond upset. I could have used that to pay rent or electric or buy groceries but I randomly decided to splurge on my relatives. Life is awesome.

I looked up to try to find an online site to find a Stanley Cup at a good price. Came across a website called Stanley Outlet.org. Found the cup looked over. The website seem to be completely legit. Price wasn’t too cheap to where it looked like it was unreal. Didn’t realize that it was a scam or fake until after the purchase was made I never received an email other than an email claiming to Have confirmed my order. That was it no shipping no official order number nothing. I immediately started to do research and messaged the contact information on the website and ended up getting a message back from the real Stanley outlet online store and they were able to tell me that that website was indeed fake. That they actually copied Stanley outlet online stores complete website. And they also stated to me how I was able to tell the fake website from the real website. The purchase is still pending with my credit card company. Not sure why the scammer hasn’t completed the transaction yet, but I will not be able to request a refund or a fix for my credit card until the payment is no longer pending. This makes two times I’ve been scammed with a website that I have gone to to make a purchase from and it looks completely real and turns out both times they have copied the originals complete online website.
