I've worked with stantle for 30 days. Now I'm at the end of my probationary period and now I can't log in or retrieve any information. I have yet to receive my check. Today makes a week and no check. This is really upsetting if this is a scam. All my Bill's are due and was anticipating on paying my Bill's. Wow is all I can say.

The Stantle.com MO is to APPEAR to legitimately hire people for 30 day probationary periods, at the end of which they are promised a W-9 paycheck for $3200 + $100 of expenses. They call themselves a logistics and mail forwarding company, doing volume business with the USPS, FedEx, UPS, and even use the name of Amazon to attempt to prove legitimate.

BUT, EMPLOYEE PAYCHECKS ARE NOT CONSIDERED A PRIORITY, AND THE WORKER IS NOT ADVISED UNTIL AFTER THE 30 DAYS TO NOT EXPECT TO SEE THE "INVISIBLE" CHECK FOR UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. THEN WHEN THE CHECK DOES NOT ARRIVE THE WORKER IS ADVISED THAT A STOP COULD BE PUT ON THE "LOST" CHECK AND A NEW ONE COULD BE REISSUED, BUT IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS ARE YOU WILLING TO WAIT THAT LONG FOR YOUR MONEY?

FIRST CHECKS HAVE NEVER SHOWN UP FOR ANYONE, AND SECOND CHECKS ARE STILL NOT ANYWHERE TO BE SEEN. HMMMM, SUSPICIOUS TO ANYONE?

It is not until the end of the 30 days, or until you see your name or the names of relatives showing up in your task list that you realize there is more than meets the eye. In a few cases family member names, (who are not company clients), show in your lists with what you will find is fraudulently obtained merchandise. When confronted, the company tries to play it off as, "We are just a third-party vendor, we do not control what a "customer" might do." Funny how it happened more than once with several people.

We found out because family names jumped off the page at us. How many other orders were ID theft, credit and mail fraud, and movement of stolen merchandise, because we did not know any better from the names?

DO NOT BE FOOLED, THEY ARE FRAUD, THEY DO NOT EXIST ON ANY LEGAL DATA BASE IN CALIFORNIA OR ANYWHERE.

NO ONE HAS BEEN PAID, AND THEY REFUSE TO PRODUCE CHECK STUBS OR PROOF OF MAILING.

I was reached out via email by the said individual pertaining to a job I assume I applied for. This person sent me the link whereas it did not require as much information but my resume had to be attached. Once you do submit the resume it does inform you that you would be contacted within 24 hours for an interview. This is the number 213-584-2130 I was contacted from. I did speak to a gentleman who interview me. He was very informative and explain variations of what the position detailed, 3PL. After the interview was conducted I was then emailed by HR, who is Maria Schartel. I was then sent out the Job Offer along with the agreement in which everything was done through RightSignature.com. It was a six-page document along with a seal that had the FEIN 561566428. What I had to provide was my ID and either a bill or a lease with my address. Because it stated that I was an Independent Contractor there would be a W-9 that needed to be filled out and the Position of Hub Management Assistant which included the receiving of packages taking pictures, sending, and waiting for the shipping label. Once it was dropped off on the CRM the tracking number had to be typed in and as well as a picture of the receipt. Of course, there was a 30-day probation period. Once the 30 days are over the supervisor has to send out the overall job performance to HR in order to consider you full-time based on comprehensive feedback which it would take 10 days and the reason because of the recent increase in applicants. Then I would be notified via email from their HR Rep at their earliest convenience. Now let's get to the pay. I would be receiving a paper check arriving by USPS that would take 10 days and it's over 15. I quote The duration a paycheck takes to get from our location to yours will depend on the distance between the address, carrier, selected postal speed, etc. All this is coming from payroll. Here is my deal, the website is reputable. There are other jobs listed on the website other than what I applied for. If you go through the whole website it states the packages will be open and repackaged and there is a Client Portal where the clients can visible see the pictures. Just to be clearer this is what it says on the Employment Agreement, The document serves as a legally binding contract between MSGT (EMPLOYER), the owner and registrar of Stantle.com registered at 3111N Tustin Ave St #280, Orange, CA 92865 and located at 777 S Figuero St#1830 Los Angeles CA 90017. I think these companies should be prosecuted to the highest degree of the law for false advertisement and legally using their own contracts against them because they are getting the money one way or the other.
