I was given an order number, 708 but no tracking number. There is a “Track your order” page and I viewed that page for a month. Tracking from that page states my package was coming from London, England, then went to U.S customs and in Las Vegas, Nevada. On 3/19/21 I received notice that my package was delivered and when I asked my mother in law if it was there she told there was no package. I looked up the address on the website and I was taken to the information for Staples store center in California. I asked if they delivered laptops which they do but the representative wanted to know the address on the website. The Staples representative told me that address is being use falsely and they had received numerous calls sounding similar to mine.
