I was told I would get it within 3 to 5 business days Been tracking it by email Was supposed to be shipped from California started shipping from the United Kingdom in London the then it says it was in customs for 8 days yesterday's dentist says undelivable re routing Try to email the owner Says the email cannot be found and now I can't even get a refund I'm out of my money at my laptop

I purchase this Refurbished Laptop on a Facebook Add for $79.99 And the problem is After I paid for The Laptop Order I never receive The Item I ordered! I responded to them asking them have they receive my order and they never responded back but they had my receipt in the back office but now since then they took it off! I also paid for it on my card around May 14th! I never receive my Merchandise So I just want my refund back Please?

I ordered two laptops and paid 159.98. We have been waiting since December 12, 2020. The tracking info said it came from the United Kingdom I don't know how that's possible if they are based out of California. The tracking info also said it arrived on my porch January 19, 2021 at 15:59. It's was 9:00 am were I live when I saw that message. We can't get a hold of anyone no phone number email says it's having high call volume. I don't think it's legit at all. I wish I would have checked it out before I used the website.

I purchased a refurbished laptop, their site shows it was delivered to my front door, I have not received any delivery and have made numerous attempts contacting them requesting a refund

I bought a laptop, they set up a delivery time line. It was a lie, it never arrived. I sent emails. They never responded. I asked for a refund and they never responded.
