Purchased a laptop over a month and a half ago the money was taken, still haven't got my purchase nor have had anyone respond to my emails.

Same here...placed an order, paid...sitting in limbo. Payment went to defunct company in Miami. Paypal no help...they said it doesn't fit their profile of a fake business...duh?

Emails...to the payee, vendor..investigated...no such company...stay away from those bit.ly ads...totally bogus. Notice how the name of the business is so close to Staples...hum?

I ordered a refurbished laptop 2-in-1 on 2/17/2021 for $119.99. I later noticed that the tracking said it was coming from the UK, despite their address saying they were in California! They had a lengthy supposed “tracking” list, showing my computer leaving the UK, spending a lengthy time in Customs, arriving in the US, an attempt at delivery, & finally showed that it was “delivered to front door” today(3/23/2021) @1637, although it was only 1330! I’ve sent numerous emails with no response whatsoever. I have been home and available for several days, & repeatedly checked my doorstep to see if it was there, but it wasn’t. It’s now 1947, & it STILL is not here! Obviously, this was a scam! I will be reaching out to my credit card companies for resolution & to make sure that my cards & accounts don’t get charged. I hope nobody else becomes a victim of their criminal activity, esp. in the hard times we are already in!

I purchased an HP 15.6" touch screen laptop on 12/23/2020 my order status shows pending however i have already paid for the item but have no shipping info. I have not received the product and they have not responded to any of my emails or letters.

Refurbished computer was ordered from their Website (https://www.kanlt.com/). Payment was through credit card on December 10, 2020. Origination site was London, UK. Company provided nearly daily tracking which included "Delay. Temporary volume surge" and 5 days in US customs. Tracking indicated local arrival on January 6, 2021. On January 8, tracking indicated "Undeliverable Misrouted." On January 11, tracking again indicated "Sent to delivery office," on January 12 "Submitted for delivery," and on January 13, "Delivered to front door."

No package was delivered. The company never provided me with a tracking number, so I could not initiate a USPS inquiry, although I did speak to the postmistress.

Same to me. I also ordered one but never come, it delivery to somewhere in US instead to Canada, they stole my money. I have talked with paypal, but can not help. No refund. I would like to alert this message to everyone and avoid this could happen to you. Thank you

Saw a posting for a Data Entry job on Indeed. https://ca.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=b76c085e6f55f2c1. Seemed legit as they were posting as a major retailer, Staples. A few weeks later, I received an email from someone named Sheila Hess, informing me that I would be an ideal candidate for the position and asked me to fill out some additional information, see attached image. The website didn't seem legit, so I reached out to Staples on Facebook Messenger, and they confirmed that there was no one working there by that name and that it was fraudulent.
