I purchased an outdoor swing chair for my porch. After shipping the total was $35.94. It was supposed to be here in 7-10 days. After several weeks I send emails back and forth with customer service and they always had an explanation. I kept asking just for a refund. Finally after a little over 40 days later, they show that it has been delivered to me. And they say maybe someone else signed for it. I emailed back, stating that no one else lives here and that I know they’re just a scam and all I want is my money back. I received another email stating that logistics won’t allow them to refund my money but if I send them $15 for shipping they will send me another one as soon as one becomes available, that they were sold out at the moment. They have since changed their name to brunice.shop
