A PPC (pay per click) website which has 3 types of memberships (SILVER / GOLD / PLATINUM). New members are provided a free Silver membership. You get 10 or 11 ads everyday in your account and get $0.01 per ad you click which would sum up to $0.10 or $0.11 everyday. You can withdraw your money under this free membership (Silver) only when your total amount reaches $ 50. To upgrade to the PAID membership schemes like GOLD or PLATINUM one needs to pay a monthly membership fee, eg. for GOLD it is $ 20 per month. So after 6 months of diligently clicking ads everyday and reaching a balance of $20.6 in my account I asked for an upgrade to GOLD by redeeming my balance of $20.6. At first they refused to acknowledge my upgrade request, then my umpteen emails to customer support were not replied and then after escalating the issue, I get a reply "GOLD memberships are currently not available", BUT if I paid the $20 membership fee required per month I would be given the GOLD membership.

SO IN OTHER WORDS MY CLICKING ADS FOR 6 MONTHS AND ACCUMULATING A BALANCE OF $20.6 WAS A SHAM.
