Star Pet Transportation.

I purchased a puppy from Ray West Highland Terriers web site. they were supposed to ship the dog with Star Pet Transportation . theses people called me to ask if i got the email from them. In their email it told me to click on the link to verify the information was correct. the link didn't work and their website took me to a page where the server couldn't be found. i tried calling them but no answer. i got a call from them asking if i received a second email asking for $950.00 to change the travel crate. i told them i have spoken to the airlines and they don't require that type of crate, they hung up on me . I have been trying yo get my money back but had no response from them .

They are a SCAM

I "bought" a dog from a company impersonating a legitimate dog breeder. They partnered with this pet transport company and tried to tell me they couldn't ship me my dog unless I "rented" one of their climate controlled crates. (Priced between 1450 and 2150) You pay that amount in full in advance and upon delivery they will refund you 98% of the cost.
I couldn't pay it and they informed me that they would rehome my dog. After repeatedly trying to contact them or the breeder after that I have heard nothing and have not gotten my money back for the dog I purchased. Do not believe their gaslighting or pressure. They are Liars and a con.
