I wanted to do a star registry the website came up when I searched. I paid 59.99 to name two stars.when I got the email containing the star info one of the files wouldn't open it said it was corrupted.when I did the search for the stars at first it wouldn't come up.when it finally came up it was a different name different Id but same coordinates.i emailed them about it.

I purchased a star on this website in memory of my grandfather, it was a gift for my mother for Christmas. They never sent it to me, they told me their packages were not tracked and they sent me a cheesy fake certificate via email and whenever I emailed them they repeated themselves and said that my order will arrive ASAP. It has been over a month now and I still have not received my package in the mail. Very heartbreaking and I’m out $100.
