I purchased a mirror from Star Vanity months ago & never got it. They even sent me photos saying my package was on its way. I payed 68$. It’s almost unbelievable they could get away with this. I would love a full refund.

I ordered a mirror and vanity November 2020. Had an email saying it was on ship, had 2 more emails the same. Then josh emailed saying 2 weeks. It’s now June 2021. I’m still sending emails. I will be going to Australian government and bank with all correspondence.

Bought from website after seeing ad in social media 12/5/20. Bought mirror and vanity desk. Got [email protected] confirmation email. Emailed 2/5/21 to inquire and got response that it would be 2-8 weeks for shipping with the items coming from Ireland? Email said shipbob would be in contact with me to share tracking details once set for shipment in US. Nothing else was sent, and no emails have been responded to since. Website is still up and taking orders! DO NOT BUY. 100% scam.

Ordered December 2020. Same as what people have said- emailed after two months and got a response with a picture of a mirror in it but no tracking or delivery date. It’s now April. Beware of alternate company names- honestly I would not buy anything like this online, especially through social media channels. Total scam.

I ordered a vanity in October 2020 and in December was told it would arrive in January. I have now tried to email them 10 times and never hear anything back. Their website has now been taken down.

I ordered the vanity in October/November. It is now the end of April still no vanity. My daughter wanted it really bad. It was her big gift for Christmas. I emailed and they said it shipped and sent a photo of a wrapped mirror. No tracking number, nothing. Now they are just totally ignoring my emails.

I ordered a vanity mirror from Star Vanity back in november 2020 since it was on sale, i got a confirmation email and a shipping email saying it’ll come soon. it’s now end of april and i still have not gotten the mirror. i emailed them numerous times and only got 1 reply saying it’ll come in 4-8 weeks even tho its been past that time. today i decided to check up on my email, click on the site links provided in an email from them to find out ALL of the links do not exist anymore ??. thank you Star Vanity for being the worst and scamming multiple people.

I ordered two mirrors from Star Vanity in June of 2020. In August I sent an email saying my shipping updates hadn't been updated. I received a generic response saying it would be updated shortly and included in the email were vague pictures of mirrors in boxes that had no proof it was actually shipping to me. Since then I've emailed 6 times and have no heard back nor have I received the mirrors.

I order a vanity mirror back in December, shortly after I received a confirmation of order email for them. A month went by and I had not received a tracking number or updates so I emailed inquiring about my order. They said it takes about 8-10 weeks due to Covid and outsourcing. It’s now April I’ve sent multiple emails, messaged them on Instagram and no response. Just to find out this company has scammed many other people, and still is able to advertise on Instagram and Facebook a product they’re not even shipping out.

I purchased 2 items from Star Vanity Co on December 5th, 2020. I received an email "receipt" stating I will receive tracking information once my items were shipped. Two months go by and I don't nothing from this company. Now we are in April and after multiple emails to this company ( no response back) I searched for them on social media platforms. I located their Facebook page and under every picture posted by this company there are HUNDREDS of comments from people stated they were scammed and have NEVER received anything! This website needs to be taken down!

I placed an order in July 2020 and never received it. They replied to my first support email saying it was “still on the ship coming from Ireland, and it shouldn’t be much longer”. Then I contacted them again a couple months later via email and Facebook and Instagram messenger and they ignore me. However when I pretended to be a new customer sending them an email wanting help to pick out a mirror, they finally replied to me! But when I told them I’d caught them out they didn’t reply.

That’s when I realised they were a scam. I discovered their e-commerce website is hosted on the Shopify platform so I even reported them to Shopify as being a scam and breaching the Shopify terms of agreement, but Shopify hasn’t even shut them down. As far as I’m concerned, Shopify is just at fault by aiding and assisting this scam to continue to steal peoples money.

I placed an order with this company in October of 2020. I have yet to receive my order. The company said the max of 12 weeks since it is coming from overseas. I’ve reached out to them many times and they stopped responding to my emails. I was cheated out of my money. Do not buy from them!

I purchased a mirror and also a table for the mirror four months ago and still never got it.Star Vanity also has a text now number, and they do not ever answer.And they email very late and say its almost there.and still nothing.Now i feel like i was scammed and not going to get the vanity or my money back.I would never advise anyone to buy from here.horrible u wont get your item, and also wont get reimbursed.I dont know what to do anymore atleast they should give me my money back.

I've experienced the same thing as the above, literally. I am so annoyed that this is the case. I recently emailed them regarding the status and no response! I'm really aggravated with such tactics.

Hice una compra en FaceBook por la cantidad de $125.91, el espejo y un organizador de maquillajes en octubre de 2020 y aún no recibo nada ni siquiera contestan mis emails y no consigo un número de teléfono para llamar!

Vi este anuncio de espejos para vanity en facebook y decidí comprarlo de regalo para mi esposa y esto fue en diciembre 2020 y estamos en febrero 2021 y no recibo nada ni siquiera el numero de restreo, le escribí a servicio al cliente de su website y no me han contestado aun!

I purchased a vanity mirror and beauty box from this company in September for £125.00. They did not provide a tracking number and I have still not received my item. It seems that they have scammed a lot of people into purchasing expensive products that they will never receive. There is no one to contact to get a refund. It is disgusting that they keep scamming people over and over again.

I initially saw their Facebook page and ordered a vanity mirror. The mirror was ordered on Oct. 17, 2020. The next day the money was debited from my account. I knew shipping could take a while due to Covid, however, a month passed and I still didn’t have a tracking number or any updates. I emailed the business and got the most generic email and generic photos of a mirror - could’ve been anyone’s mirror. On Nov. 20 the email stated another 2-4 weeks. Email again on Dec. 27 - still no updates and no response. Email again on Jan. 5, 2021... no response. Go back to the FB page and a ton of people are having the same issue. They all got the same generic email I did as well. If you went to their website, it was down. I’d you tried to track yourself order, it was down. They don’t have a good working phone number either. I submitted a fraud claim with my bank and submitted a ScamPulse.com complaint, but I don’t believe this company is ScamPulse.com Accredited. Beware! This is a scam and they are taking innocent peoples money and still in business.
