Order is over $500, Still have not received my items, not a single one. They have replied back to my email saying it’s coming but since it’s been more than a year they have gone cold turkey on me. I want my money back!

Starwars preorders takes your money upfront within minutes of ordering off their website....6 months later your stuff still hasn't arrived and when you finally find an email for them they tell you COVID slowed everything down ( 6 months???). Then when you complain to them they tell you it has shipped but refuse to provide a tracking number. If you search for your tracking number through a third party site you see the package listed as LOST...on the very same day it was listed OUT FOR DELIVERY....they refuse to refund money and even state their draconian return policy on their site which basically spells out WE NEVER REFUND ANYONE...PLEASE investigate this fraudulent company and HAMMR them to a wall legally.
