They are selling permanent lighting for houses. They include pictures and video's of real lighting like Govee lights, and then send you little bubble lights that are USB powered! They send bogus tracking information showing them shipping from Spain, and the next day you get this dime store product from an address in Chicago.

When I disputed it, they wanted me to ship it back to HONG KONG to get my refund. Paypal won't help. They are as big of scammers as this company. See where many have experienced the same issue as i have.
