At this point, I'm doubting this company actually exists. My stepfather purchased a necklace and bracelet on Oct. 29, 2023, as Christmas gifts for my stepdaughter. He was supposed to receive an email when the order shipped, but as of 12/12/23, he has not received an email about the order. If you go to the "Track Your Order" page, the page conveniently doesn't work. He has emailed Support multiple times, and they have not responded. There is no number we can call.
