They start the call by asking you to verify your Ss#. Then they proceed to tell you that you have an unpaid debt from several years ago. They threaten you with litigation if you don t give them a payment over the phone. They also offer to set you up with payment plans. They ask you if you have a job and where you work. They have 3 or 4 pieces of valid information about you and are fishing for the rest.
