I saw a post from a mutual on Tumblr that showed these pictures of a light device that looked interesting, and they provided a link where it could be bought. I followed the link, looked at the store, and looked them up on google. Scam alert sites claimed they were legit, so I went ahead and purchased the Aurora Cube I'd seen. I got a confirmation e-mail, and that I'd be contacted about shipping. Afterwards, I forgot about it, figuring all was well. I was in the middle of buying things for my business, so it slipped my mind until a few months had passed (and sadly, after the 180 days Paypal allows for disputes to be resolved by them). I never received the item, and according to their own site when I input my order number, it's still set to 'confirmed'. I sent them an e-mail asking for clarification on whether or not they shipped the item and just didn't send an e-mail. No response. I waited a few weeks, then e-mailed again. It has now been almost a year, and there's no response. I will probably never get my money back, but at this point I just want to make sure nobody else gets taken advantage of.

Purchased a small item from seller’s web site on Sept. 20. Item still hasn’t arrived. Contacted seller twice without any response regarding a delay or any other info, i.e tracking info.
