Ordered a projector lamp on November 26, 2021 and as of today Feb 22, 2022 have not received the item. Contacted seller multiple times and have been given a tracking number on Jan 13, 2022 yet the shipping company still hasn’t received the item. Will be contacting the BBB..see if that helps

I have purchased the starlight projector from this company in December 2 , 2021. Since then I have not received any product or full refund. The owner of this website company promised that he will shipped the item by the end of December. Since then he is not responding to any of my emails. I have not received any money back as well.
It’s a scam and I hope someone will try to stop this Person before it’s to late.

I ordered my son a lamp and it never came. Contacted the business multiple times for an update and they said it would be there the next day. The next day came and the following, nothing. Emailed again for refund, they did not answer me and wont return emails. Phone number just busy signal.
