Flowers were ordered and agreed to be delivered by the requested date, however, I was notified they could not be delivered by that date. The order was cancelled and a refund was told to be in process. No refund has been processed. The order was placed on 1/02/25, cancelled 1/3/25. I have called 1/19, 1/28, and have sent several emails. I have had responses from Robertha Kiley, customer service manager who states she is handling my refund personally. I have tried to contact her by phone and she is not available.
