Legitimate looking instagram advertisement and website. The 'Shipping" Never occurred and no one has responded to me in any way, nor have I received a refund. Their modus operandi is to send a 'shipping confirmation' email with a bogus tracking number and then to let it sit and linger until people give up. They also charged nearly the same cost as the product for this bogus shipping. Beyond that, the shipping email says to 'reach out with any issues' to the support email address, which is listed as "[email protected]" obviously not their domain. You have to search through their website @starootd.com and find a '[email protected]' address, which no one answers either.

These people are [censored] and Instagram and Facebook should more carefully vet their advertisers.
