He sent me a tracking number for the puppy. I was contacted on delivery day by the delivery agency - they were asking for $1380 to deliver the puppy for insurance which would be refunded. They also asked for a Zelle payment. This seemed off - no explanation from the seller as to why they hadn't told me about this.
I said I haven't got the funds and I want to be refunded and the seller has not responded to me.
I lost $980.
