Saw it on my Facebook account where it showed a great deal on a new powerful pocket size one scope binoculars with the power of a telescope and a 50% off deal which I got a thank you for my order sent from a man named Gordon who was the communication director for the company Starscope.

I purchased two starscope monoculars and a phone mount on November 24th for Christmas present. I got a confirmation, so I thought all was well. However, the tracking number didn't show up. I contacted them early December, and they said "they honor their families and were celebrating". They finally gave me a tracking number on the last days of December that showed that the items were sent on December 6. However, after waiting 2 more weeks, I still haven't received anything. Then, I contacted the tracking company who told me that the company only created the shipping label but never sent anything to them.

I originally found this ad on a news site that had multiple ads for ideas for Christmas gifts. I purchased a monocular on 12/17/21. The company never acknowledged that I actually placed an order and they collected my money via credit card transaction on 12/17. It was for $56.97 including shipping.

Starscope continually bombarded me with canned emails over a period of several weeks and never delivered. These emails were not from any real person and were "canned". The emails suggested that I had not completed my transaction and urged me to complete the transaction, aka giving them my credit card information AGAIN even after I had made my original purchase. I checked with my credit card company shortly after that and they confirmed Starscope had collected my money.

I ended up canceling the order and disputing it through my credit card company. There has been no progress on getting my refund for at least two weeks. Starscope has never acknowledged any of this. However, they continue to bombard me with canned messages suggesting that I need to complete my transaction.

I was excited to give this as an XMas gift to my girlfriend for birdwatching. I have come to the conclusion that Starscope is incompetent at filling orders and they are completely dishonest. I never received a starscope obviously.

I ordered the starscope monocular for my husband for Christmas. The company advertised them as in stock. I have requested on multiple occasions to get an update on tracking the package and have gotten repeated blanket emails and the example of this as follows

I one day got the same email just like this 4 times in one day. I have never gotten a direct answer from this company that my order will ever be filled. I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company. What I do know is that the same day I put in the order they took the money from my account. So they get paid and then bombard you with emails claiming that they are working to get your order filled or respond to your inquiry about not receiving it hoping you will just give up and not respond.

Hello,

I decided to purchase a Starscope Monocular Telescope after find the add online advertising the hottest gadgets for 2021. The purchase was made on Black Friday. I received an email confirmation of my order. After a week went by, I had not received a tracking number so I reached out to the company. They sent me a tracking number. Two weeks went by and the tracking info was not updated so I emailed the company again. Six weeks have gone by. The tracking number still shows in transit and the company keeps telling me that they are receiving a back log of requests and will get back to me soon. I contacted the shipping company and they informed me that the shipping label was generated but the item to be shipped was never dropped off. I looked at the charge on my card which led me to the company's address. When I looked them up online, I found they have another website they are operating under. I included the information below.

The website says they will notify you within 10 days to let you know the product is shipping.

It has been over a month (order was placed 12/1/21). No delivery, and no shipment notification.

I contacted them 5 times telling them to cancel the order, and they have not done so.

I have not received the product, but have been billed.

This was a Christmas present, and I let them know that I would be cancelling if they could not deliver within three weeks (by the holiday).
