I have repeatedly attempted to contact StarScope. I ordered 4 monoculars and have received nothing. Time elapsed has also been a month. I knew I had been scammed when they sent me a 34 digit tracking number. that never works. You never can personally talk to anybody, it’s always fill out the form. I can’t believe I fell for it. Do not purchase anything from them. Embarrassed to say I lost 200.00 dollars.
