I thought I bought a stroller/car seat combo back in December ‘23 on starstriderstrollers.myshopify.com. I went back a few days later to Track My Order and the website was taken down. Found an altered URL star-striderstrollers.myshopify.com, tried to Track My Order there and it showed “order not found.” Went back a week later and saw that new URL got taken down and another altered URL star-strider-strollers.myshopify.com is now up. I had emailed the MULTIPLE emails addresses they provided on the Order Confirmation email and the URL contact us page. I have never heard back and finally disputed my credit card charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If the deal is too good to be true, it usually is. Learned that lesson the hard way.

Ordered The Nuna car seat through this shop on Shopify… thinking it was legit. I placed my order on January 7th 2024 as I was due to have my baby the following week. I have yet to receive the car seat. The order said it was shipped the next day, I never received a tracking number and when I tried several times to reach out to this “shop” the number would not work and my emails would get returned/be undeliverable. Shopify needs to fix this and track down on scammers on their site. This is not okay. It is not okay to scam expecting parents let alone anyone for that matter. Now the shop is unavailable, and I can’t file a complaint with anyone nor can I file one with the Shopify app…
