I went to apply for a postal job and the application process offered a refund whether the job was acquired or not acquired. I received an email for the refund information and it was not processed. When I called the company I spoke with Shayla and I asked for a refund. She refused to give it back and said that until I took the assessments and had the interview I would not get a refund. I informed her the application was not accepted there for I could not get the assessment tests and would like my refund. I asked to speak with someone that could issue the refund. Shayla indicated they were not in the office at this time and would pass my information on to them and they would be in touch with me, however, they would not issue a refund because of the policy. I asked for the phone number to contact them myself and she said there was not a phone number. I asked how she would get in contact with them if they are not in the office? She then proceeded to place me on hold. Then Kelsey answered the phone and stated that I would get my refund by the end of the day. I asked why it was so hard to do that in the first place and how she would do that without getting my information. She proceeded to say I have your information you will have your refund by the end of the day and offered me to have a good rest of my day and hung up. I will be watching to see if this happens. I believe this is a scam and the website needs to be shut down. They are taking advantage of people looking for an honest job. Little did I know that unless a job was available that the application could not be accepted. I cannot believe this happened. I wasted money and hours trying to get this job. Oh bother! Please don't let anyone use this website.
