Type of a scam Employment
I did download telegram and contacted the HR Manager, Chad Davenport. Following is a copy of the conversation that we had over telegram.

The company will provide you with the required equipment to start training/work with. Your responsibilities will include the following: Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. You will undergo 1-2 weeks of training on how to operate with the software programs. The working hours are flexible, you will be required to set your time schedule yourself as long as you are able to meet the deadline of 30-40 hours weekly as a full time employee or 20-25 hours weekly as a part time employee. Training will be done online via Skype videos, emails and phone calls. Note: Pay during training is $20 per hour and $25 once you have officially started work us this understood?

I feel I am right person for the job because of my work background. I have worked in sales, customer service and medical and with those jobs there was some extent of data entry. A challenge or conflict that I face at work was when my supervisor yelled at me in front of the whole department. I didn't get made or upset, I was calm and ask what the problem was. He said that I was fired and to get my stuff and leave. He never told me the problem so I just got my stuff and left.

The company will be mailing you a check to cover up for your office equipment because you will be responsible for making the payment for your office equipment to the company's recommended vendor. The reason for this is that the software and office equipment are not specified by the company. The vendor will install the software programs into the Mac Book before mailing them out to your home address. This will help both you and the company to enable you to start your training as soon as possible.
The check for your office equipment will be mailed out to you tomorrow and you should be getting the parcel within 24-48 hours. Once you receive the check, head to your bank teller or ATM and have the check deposited, and send me a screenshot of the deposit confirmation receipt with your account number hidden for record purposes. I will be here to instruct and guide you on how to make the payment from the vendor when the fund is available
You will receive a letter from the company along with your working materials with the company's representative contact information. You will be required to set an appointment with them in your location
After setting up your home office, You will meet the company representatives in your location, you will sign your W-2 and 1-9 form. You have the opportunity to ask more questions, learn more about the company. After all the details and instructions given to you by the company, let us know if you are ready to move forward and be part of the team

You will only be required to make the payment to the vendor once the funds have been made available. The payment receipts and equipment will have your name on them because the equipment will become yours after 1-2 years of working with us.

After thinking about everything I decided to some investigation of my own. I went to the Better Business Bureau site and found that someone else got the same text message and had the same conversation that I had and with the same person. I decided then it was time to post what happened to me. I didn't lose any money they are suppose to send me a check that I was told to deposit in my bank account, but that isn't going to happen. I am not opening the check, when it arrives I will take a picture of the envelope not opened and just send it back.
