I ordered a phatmoto on shop app a week after I got my first one because they were on sell the seller told me it would be shipped and then just disappeared and has not connected me since I've emailed multiple times regarding a refund since I never received the motorized bike and shop app just tells me I have to have my bank do a charge back the number for the seller does even work
