I started my subscription in September of 2017. I received my box and was happy with it. In October we were told it was going to be late but it was going to ship out. In December I got that box. I have not received a box since. I have been charged since November $36 a month with no products sent to me. It is now April and still nothing but still was charged on April 1st. I would of canceled my account awhile ago. But I am unable now to get into my account and resetting the password does not go through and no one has answered my messages or concerns. This is a scam and they just want to steal peoples money.
