I got a text message from a Mike Owens about a work from home job paying $23.00-$33.00/hour. They had me download an app called telegram, to get in contact with the Director of HR. I downloaded the app and start chatting with the HR name Amber. Amber explained the company and duties for the position. Now she said it pays $30.50/hour to $45.16/hour. Red flag! So I said yes I can perform the duties of the role. Next, she wanted to ask me some interviewing questions. I said before we get started Mike said he found my resume on indeed, but I can not seem to find your company or this Executive Assistant/ Administrative Assistant position on indeed. No Response. She went straight into the interview questions. They do not even have a career tab on their website. Then she asked for me to take a picture of my office space and send either my DL or SSN over so my background check can be processed. I asked her if they have a number or address? She wrote back and said WHat for? And that's exactly how she wrote it. Now a real company would said yes and you can find them on indeed and etc. Just watch out for the work at home scams.
