My friend's FB account has been hacked. She sent an IM saying she got a $51,000 check delivered to her doorstep from SEDA program, an economic grant. She said my name is on line 38, and she couldn't believe I hadn't gotten my check. She calls it a SEDA program, Social Economic Development Administration. She told me to call another number. I didn't but then I got a Facebook message asking why I hadn't called yet. I said I want to check it out with the state, she replied it's not state, it's Federal. I said I would call the Justice Dept, she said they won't know anything about it. The English isn't very good.
