In the last few weeks I have been contacted by the state Gaming Commissions in NY, DC, CA, TX, OK, CO, MO, NV. They tell me i have won and to call back a different number, then always has "male operator 57 and your call cannot be completed as dialed" message. Recent caller was identified being Tom Morrison (either VA or WV gaming commission) with big winnings and I had to pay taxes and transportation costs by XP Express Service to get new Mercedes into the US, gave me number but could not get call through, same message again. Another recent time they were using their sense of urgency again and they called me here in Columbus and had to get to Cleveland Airport before the plane took off because my giant winnings certified check was in the box that would go back on the plane. They always give me different names and phone numbers to call and verify my winnings but when I have to call back to get details about the winnings, I can never get through. Now they are claiming that ScamPulse.com is a part of it as well with the different state gaming commissions to make it more believable.
