The voice mail and transcription says the following: "State lottery is pleased to officially announce US the second place winner in the $100 million wheel of fortune all giveaway...Drawing is sponsored by Publishers Clearinghouse, Walmart, Readers Digest and The National Magazinze as the second place winner you will be awarded with a total ____prize of $25,500,00, an $800,000 home of your choice and a brand new 2022 vehicle sponsored by Bentley and Benz company. Congratulations. So we look forward to and has already made all the necessary arrangements in order for you to receive your prize, your funds are being processed and remtted as we speak. You may call us back at 888-970-0763 again at 1-888-970-0763 to start your process press number one..."

I did not call the number back and will be adding them to my block list.
