State Movers advertise they are a 5 star rating with the better business bureau. They asked for refundable money to ship a puppy that never arrived and extra money to get it out of quarantine because of the virus.This was sen to them because everything was refundable and they belong to the B.B.B. !!!!

The puppy was supposedly given to this moving company to transport a puppy from this website: Pomeranian kids choice
