Called 2 to 3 times daily while I was out of town. Earliest calls received about 7 AM, latest calls received about 11 PM, INCLUDING Saturday's and Sunday's. Called from a "no longer in service" phone number. It was (315) 724-8945 supposedly a Utica, NY number. They finally reached me after 12 days of calling and started with the trite welcoming statements, explaining who they are and then said "First of all I'd like to thank you for the generous donations you have given us in previous years..." (But I know I have never done so.) When I said 'No, thanks, sorry." the person said! "Well can I put you down for $25?" on down to $10 after each refusal.
