They say that they represent Payday Valet and you have an account that has been turned over to them for collections. They also tell you that they received this from Capital Management Holding, & Debt Management Partners. They state that there are court papers that have been sent out to have you served and if you haven't received them, then you can still settle your account with them. They are not able to provide any account #'s that match anything from the original provider which isn't Payday Valet. Please be aware so this doesn't happen to you.
