I found this plumbing company via online (Google) because I was looking for someone to come out and inspect my Reverse Osmosis filter system under my sink. I wanted to confirm that it was installed correctly, because it seemed to be making odd noises. I spoke with their dispatcher/front desk person and explained exactly what I was looking for. She assured me that their Plumbers were very familiar with filter systems. The Plumber/Installer came over and didn't speak English well (which was no problem initially) and then told me he would find the leak. I corrected him and stated that I only need him to make sure the system's filter lines were correctly installed. He then called his boss and had me re-explain what was needed. I handed the phone back and the boss then translated. Again, the Plumber stated that he would find the leak, so at that point I had him call his boss again and the call was cancelled. The boss said he would set up another call with another worker. One minute after that, the dispatcher calls me to tell me that the inspection + the work was $180.00. I explained that nothing was done and she stated that this is what it will cost. I hung up the phone after the back and forth verbal sparring that took place. I then went back to their online website and noticed there was no address, no license number and the Yelp symbol on the website is not even valid. Then I got a text message from the dispatcher and it read "I f___ked you boyfriend stupid f___king c__t". Yes, can you believe it?
