I ordered the sweatshirt from this company with the knowledge that they had a money back guarantee. When you order it claims to be a US based company but once the order goes thru you get verification that it is being shipped from China. Upon receiving the item the specifications are different than described and I went to the website and it clearly states money back guarantee. I contacted the company and they refuse to return the merchandise and deny any wrong doing. I have noticed some of the information has been changed on the website. When you go to order things they are out of stock so I have a feeling more people have caught on to their game. I just wanted them to refund my money or accept the return.

I placed an order for a suicide prevention sweatshirt and have yet to receive the product. I’ve been in contact with the so called company and they will not provide a tracking number, date of estimated delivery, or delivery service they are using. They continue to tell me that my shirt is in in transit, but no product has been received. They are scammers!
