Matching Christmas PJs, advertising on Facebook, took money, sent confirmation email with tracking data. Never delivered, states delivered, won't respond to emails.

Clicking on a link FB Ads took me to stayible.com and shows Old Navy page with cheap prices. So when I tried to click on Log in, I couldn't. On same page asked me to enter all my personal information and credit card with security code as well. Then I received an email confirming the order with a long number saying I can click on a blue box to see my order. I never clicked on it because I found it weird to request that when I can see already all my information disclosed on the email. It had no Company name nor address nor phone number to contact customer service. It only shows at the bottom [email protected]. After not responding to their emails I am receiving now text messages saying Hello. It's from a Phone Number I have a feeling it's from the scammer. I blocked it. That area code is from Upstate NY. This has a lot of cities. Not sure which one is it. I just entered a zip code because the form doesn't let me go forward without entering one.

This stayible.com used an ad on Facebook claiming to be Old Navy having a sale. Emails that were meant to be receipts for the orders did not even include the total payment or list debit as the way of payment. I had 2 separate orders but was only given 1 singular tracking number. When I noticed this and finally saw the website was not old navy I tried to go back to the listing but it had disappeared. I did have a screenshot thankfully so I emailed the costumer service email listed ([email protected]) and was told I could not cancel the order because shipping was so fast and they gave me a link to track. The link shows the items would be from China and if you try to use the tracking number in usps tracking it does not exist. Both my orders show different states on my bank account. One says New York and one says California but the tracking says China. I emailed again because the tracker on November 27th said delivered November 28th. I don't know how you can deliver something in the future so I told them the dates were wrong and I did not get a package. When I asked them which carrier was used they said "cooperative courier" which obviously does not answer the question. I was told to search my property and ask family/neighbors if they got my package. I emailed back to tell them the package was missing. They then sent an email saying the courier said they delivered my package and refused to pay for it being lost and asked if I want them to resend. I have said no that I want a refund and am waiting for a response. I had spoken to my bank when I first realized my mistake which was not helpful, so I will be talking to them again.

As in Facebook for sale on Old Navy pajamas. Click on link and takes you to stable.con with the old navy logo at the top and too good to be true prices for family pajamas.

Website is claiming to be old navy pajama sale & had very cheap clothing items but is NOT old navys real website. Emailed to try and cancel order and they replied saying "order has already shipped" and then sent a fake tracking number and website called tracking 781 saying from china. I know I will not receive anything and have canceled my card.

Add on facebook, they had the Old Navy logo at the top of the page. Very professional page, offered a lot of different styles and sizes, with matching stock photos.

Popped up as an old navy sale that was time sensitive and I stupidly ordered from them but after not recieving any email or anything and not really being able to reach them I realized later in the day it was probably not ok.

Was a shopping link thru Facebook..

Once on the website it stated OLD NAVY PAJAMA SALE across the header..

Allowed me to check out using my credit card then I immediately attempted to go into "my orders" and it kicked me out of website. I then googled the website to try and contact the company and found only an email address, I called my credit card company and the name of the company that appeared was a completely different name ....i had to cancel my card and will have to dispute the charges

Ad on Facebook takes you to a website that looks like old navy is having a flash pajama sale. The flash sale is expiring in less than 30 minutes. When you reach out to "customer service" they only provide you with an email to contact them and they try to convince you to keep your order even though you make them aware that this was an unauthorized purchase,
