I saw a post about matching pjs for the family for 2.99 and I ordered these pjs Nov 25 said they would be here on Dec 19 never showed still haven’t showed up it’s now Jan 24. And my bank cannot get my refund

Holiday pajama sale ad on Facebook, impersonating Old Navy. I placed my order on October 28 when it still had not arrived on December 2. I couldn’t find any record of an order with Old Navy, but found the company was called Stayible. When I reached out to them, they sent me false tracking information. Insisted that I received in my package. And assured me, they are a legit company, but refused to give me a refund.
