I emailed Pamela inquiring about the piano and this was her response: "Thanks for the response . I really appreciate it. The Baby Grand Piano used to be owned and played by my husband who is now deceased and it was last tuned August last year before he passed, I'm almost done moving my properties and I don't think my husband will be happy if I sell his piano, at the same time I'm not happy seeing it around because of less storage i have in my new house, so I'm hoping to give it out to someone who is a passionate lover of the instrument.
The first lady who I thought was going to get it didn't show up at she promised and I wasn't going to leave it alone in an empty house.. it's currently going to be with the movers I employed to move my properties from my house.. which is it's on the move.. if you really don't mind making new arrangements with the movers, I can attempt to get in touch with them to reroute it, this should not attract too many charges since the distance can be recovered within a day or 2..I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but do let me know if you wish that I get through to the movers. Just so you know I'm not giving out a scrap or a waste. It’s in good shape.
Dr. Pamela."
I responded to her that we were interested in the piano at our church and inquired how I should proceed. This was her response: "Thanks for the response. Your kind words are so much appreciated. I got through to the movers in order to let them know they will be delivering Piano to you. All you all need to do now is to contact them and make new arrangements as regards to the delivery process. I also would like you to take some pictures when the Piano arrives at your house and send them. The representative said you should present this Referral ID : MAR722904DAD to an agent via their live chat on their website to initiate a delivery. Let them know Dr.Pamela Mason referred you and give me feedback.
Dr. Pamela Mason."
I contacted the moving company with the information Pamela had given me by Chat. I have uploaded the chat transcript. I will be contacting my bank in the morning. The Zelle transaction still shows "pending" on my bank account. I am hoping I will be able to stop the transfer.
I contacted Pamela again to let her know that there had been a "glitch" in the payment (as shown in the transcript) that I hoped would be resolved in the next week. The representative I had been chatting with, Raul, told me that they had not received the Zelle transfer as I had written something wrong in the "Reason" section and that I would need to initiate the transfer again and that payment that had come through would be refunded in 5-7 days. I told him that I would not reinitiate the transfer until I received the refund. He told me to contact him at that time. Later, I told our piano technician that works on our pianos at the church that we would be receiving a new piano. He indicated to me that there are scams going around like this. I began to research this on the ScamPulse.com site and discovered a very similar scam and the dollar amount was exactly what I paid.
I am always so careful not to get sucked in to scams and am very diligent. I am embarrassed shamed that I allowed this.

I contacted a person on FB Marketplace by the name of Nicole Munoz. (now shows no longer a profile)
She said she was helping her sister unload some items since her sister's husband had passed away.
The sister, [email protected], "Dr Jacqueline" replied to my email and gave me details and pictures of the piano and
a business that was storing it that would ship it to our home.
I was on a live chat with them throughout the day and determining timeline.
The movers sent invoice to my email and then asked funds to be sent through Zelle--I was only familiar with PayPal and Venmo but they claimed did not accept
$500 in funds sent and then basically ghosted the next day with no reply to multiple questions and then the website no longer a valid safari site.
Total fraudulent scam!
